How long have you been doing Estate Sales?We have over 30 years of family owned experience. We started in the 1980s in the Chicagoland area. We now service Chicago and SW Florida.

What does an Estate Sale Cost?Our fees are based on a percentage of the sale. When we come to do the free consultation we will dicuss the many options we have.

How do you price the items?With over 30 years of experince and thurough research, we are able to price items at fair market value to bring in the most for our clients. Since we work off a percentage it is benificial for both parties to sell at the best price possible.

Do You collect Sales tax?YES! It is required by local and state laws, that all estate sale companies are required collect sales tax. You can otherwise then be held responsible for paying these taxes if the estate sale company you selected did not.
